Bells of Joyful Sound Handbell Choir
The Bells of Joyful Sound handbell choir has been entertaining audiences around the greater Salt Lake area since 1997. As one of Utah’s finest adult community handbell choirs, they perform a variety of unique and wonderful music on five octaves of handbells and five octaves of chimes. They are under the direction of Kaysville resident, Mary Moffett. The current members of the Bells of Joyful Sound live and work all along the Wasatch Front, but come together one night a week in rehearsal dedicated to creating beautiful music to share with the community.
Year-Round Entertainment
With their diverse repertoire of music, they are able to provide fabulous entertainment for many occasions such as business, family, and church parties; community events; or other social gatherings.
While Christmas is, of course, their busiest time of year, the Bells of Joyful Sound is a year-round choir that also prepares a fabulous spring repertoire to perform at various venues around the greater Salt Lake area. In addition, they offer two Bells of Joyful Sound concerts each year for the public in the Salt Lake City area.
